Conic System have developed a new system that they call “vibrator chassis” in the seeder head DECOP.

This Vibrator Chassis is the frame which hold the seeder plate by means silentblocks to avoid the transmission of the vibrations to the rest of the seeder head.

The new Vibrator Chassis is composed by:

1. Aspiration System with double gates to better distribution of the vacuum and improve the seeds selection.
2. Double Blowing System with double air chamber to maintain the air quantity to blow the shot to clean the seeder plate holes and send the seeds to the tubes of the “adaptation”. Comparing it to the old versions, now it’s possible to regulate the shot to give the proper push to every seed.
3. Vibration of the whole frame to select the seeds correctly.
4. New Silentblock holder
5. Parameterizable adjusting of the Seeds Tank Speed from the Touch Screen Control Panel for every different seed.

This new technology applied to the Fast Plate Fastening Vibration Chassis is fitted in all the DECOP305 seeder head in the Automatic Seeder Lines CONIC PRO335.

It is possible to adapt to all the previous version of the CONIC Seeder Lines.
